In your role as IT PA/ Commercial Support, you’ll support the Head of IT Service Delivery and CTO in meeting his/her business objectives by providing a broad range of secretarial and administrative support. This involves coordinating all activities related to the Director / Head of Function including resolving a broad range of queries and issues, summarising responses on behalf of the Director / Head of Function where appropriate and following up on all relevant actions.

You’ll also support and assist the IT Supplier Management function with the governance of third party technology suppliers, some of which are aligned to the MOOM, all of which should adhere to the Supplier Management Framework. To provide a broad range of administrative activity to ensure the supplier management function becomes well established, processes are produced, updated on a regular basis and communicated across the Bank.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• A relevant qualification or equivalent experience - minimum 3 years’ experience supporting a business leader in a complex organization.
• A good understanding of the support requirements of a business leader in a financial organisation.
• A track record of understanding the business requirements of a business leader to enable the delivery of effective support.
• Successful track record in providing timely and efficient support to a business leader and being productive in doing so.
• Expert level use of electronic communications, document management systems, expense systems, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
• High level of tact and integrity and ability to negotiate confidently and professionally at all levels
• Understands sensitivity of high profile relationships
• Manages own workload.

• Highly experienced at managing governance, activity includes managing meetings, producing documentation, distributing minutes, chasing actions, tracking changes, flagging potential issues with the leadership team.
• Experience in dealing with and managing relationships third party suppliers.
